  • Led the development of the Executive Doctor of Business Administration (EDBA), establishing the first doctoral-level programme at Majan University College

  • Played a central role in launching and scaling the MBA Arabic programme, designed for working professionals

  • Developed programmes in Business Analytics with Artificial Intelligence and Financial Technology

  • Contributed to the development of interdisciplinary programmes aligned with digital transformation and market demand
